ORDER CONFIRMATION

By accepting these terms of sale, as well as by confirming the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is created between the parties. After completing the order on Bravio.dk, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In the event of errors or defects in the product or order, we reserve the right not to send the product to the customer, and thus cancel the order. The online store may reserve the right that the purchase is only binding when both parties have accepted the purchase.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Bravio.dk accepts VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Elektron, Mastercard and MobilePay. If payment is made by Debit or Credit card, the customer on Bravio.dk must enter all necessary information on the card and the security code, if it is a transaction with 3D Secure. All information is sent securely to Bravio.dk, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and an encrypted connection. This prevents all unknown and unauthorized sources from gaining access to the customer's information.

Bravio.dk does not store the customer's card information after the transaction. The total order amount is only deducted from the cardholder's card when the item has been shipped from Bravio.dk. All prices include VAT. The prices do not include shipping or other services that Bravio.dk may offer. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. On Bravio.dk, prices can be viewed in the following currencies: Danish Kroner (DKK) and Euro (EUR).

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

If the customer regrets their purchase or wants it exchanged or refunded, the customer must register the return on Bravio.dk within 14 days of receipt. After that, the item must be sent to Bravio.dk within a further 14 days. If the customer wishes to exercise the right of cancellation, it is at the customer's own expense to return the item.

The customer can return the item and choose between a refund or exchange. Please complete and attach the return slip that comes with the order. The product must be returned in its original packaging. The customer is welcome to try the product, similar to how one would do in a physical store. All returned products that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by Bravio.dk.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

All products from Bravio.dk are delivered with a 2-year warranty. This warranty includes defects in the product, production defects and other processing-related defects. Please note that the right of complaint does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. The customer has two months from the discovery of the defect to contact Bravio.dk to exercise his right of complaint. In the event of complaints, please contact customer service at contact@bravio.dk.

CAMPAIGNS AND GIVEAWAYS

For campaigns with free products and give aways, whether this is for all orders or only orders that are above a described minimum amount, we ask you to please pay attention to the following. If you wish to return your entire order, please include the free product. For partial returns, see the next points:

If there is a minimum amount described and your order total is still above this, you are of course welcome to keep the free product.

For campaigns where there is no minimum amount, you are of course welcome to keep the free product if you only return parts of your order.

Should you choose to keep the free product after returning your order, the value of the product will be deducted from your return amount.

DELIVERY IN DENMARK

We offer free shipping on all orders in Denmark and send the packages with Postnord in Denmark. We strive to deliver all Danish orders within 1-2 days of receiving the order confirmation. All shipments are insured and Track & Trace information is sent by email to the customer when the item is shipped from Bravio.dk.
