30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-days return policy on all orders. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
It is super easy to return your Bravio order. Simply login to your account with your email to create a return under your previous order. Follow the instructions and shortly after, you will receive a return label and return form in your inbox. Check your spam folder if you do not receive an email from us.

RETURN PRICES
We are a start up with high confidence that you will like our bags when you receive it. If unfortunately, you would like to return the Bravio bag, we would charge 6 EURO / 40 DKK for the return shipping. Hope you understand and support us. Please think carefully before you place an order, therefore also reduce the transportation CO2.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The customer has the right to return their items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the order. The following conditions apply for a full refund:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging and hang tag.
- The item must be unused. If there is evidence to the contrary and the item has been used, the customer loses the right to receive a refund.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTIES
We offer 3-year warranties on all of our bags. In case of complaints, product issues, or similar, you should send an email to our customer service: contact@bravio.dk.
It is important that you write a comment and add any pictures of the problem to support your complaint, so customer service can assess your case.
